We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are current, INSTOCK and priced correctly. 

Delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an item that has been ordered is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order we will endeavour to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative.

OUR MISSION

Whilst we don’t claim to be perfect, building a brand using sustainable and ethical practices is extremely important to us. We carefully selected our suppliers based on their vision and standards, ensuring that they align with our personal and professional principles. We are learning every day and together, with our suppliers, we continue to improve all aspects of our production process.

We have purposefully designed small, curated collections that we believe are of a beautiful quality. To be as transparent as we can, we want to give you an insight into our INSTOCK world. We are proud to show and tell you all about our packaging selections and give you a look at our suppliers at work!

OUR PACKAGING

Our Sustainable Packaging includes:

• Compostable Mailers - Your parcel will arrive inside a certified home compostable mailer, made from plant materials. Our mailers will break down over 90 days in a compostable environment, leaving zero waste or toxins behind.

• 100% Recyclable Box - Each delivery is packaged in a 1,000GSM Chipboard box, wrapped in 150GSM Art Paper with a biodegradable matte laminated finish. These are 100% recyclable (once magnets are removed). But we love to see these reused or repurposed! They are luxe and sturdy - perfect for storing your jewellery or other special pieces.

• Every piece comes with a 100% recyclable INSTOCK style card and the bodysuits includes a swing tag. You can choose to dispose of these in your regular home recycling bin. The other component of our packaging includes an acid-free 100% recyclable tissue paper.

OUR SUPPLIER

Our suppliers are fabulous and brilliant at what they do - together with the INSTOCK team, they have helped bring our brand and vision to life. Based in the fashion capital of the world - Italy - and established in 1975, they have nearly 50 years of hosiery manufacturing experience. Our manufacturer's craftsmanship is second to none, with a rich background in the complete process chain, with all items crafted on high-end machinery of the latest generation. We are proud to proclaim that our tights are intricately woven from the finest OEKO-TEX® certified Italian yarn.
