Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order are additional to your RRP and are calculated as per your location. The exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Deliveries are made within business hours on business days. We will contact you via email with the email address you provided with shipping updates on your order.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated shipping times are based on your location. We recommend you use the Auspost calculator to determine your exact shipping estimate.

AUSTRALIA

Below estimated shipping times are for customers shipping within Australia.

  • Parcel Post - 3-5 business days

  • Express Post - 2-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL

Below estimated shipping times are for customers shipping to New Zealand and the USA.

  • Economy Air - 25+ business days

  • Standard - 10-15 business days

  • Express - 7-10 business days

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@instockaus.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as INSTOCK does not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or the items have been worn, due to hygienic reasons.

RETURNS

  • If the pair you ordered isn’t the perfect fit and you meet the below exchange requirements, you are eligible for an exchange or return for a store credit note for the value of the item.

  • You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • The Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained and in the original packaging.

  • You will need to cover the cost of the return postage.

  • Once your return is received our quality control team will check the garment, prior to issuing you with a credit note for the value of the item.

  • Please note: INSTOCK reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.


EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges or any form of return on change of mind purchases.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them within 7 days of purchase.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@instockaus.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
